Lady Wigram Retirement Village
With six retirement complexes already in Christchurch, Golden Healthcare’s expansion to Wigram will see the development of 101 Villas, 73 apartments and 100 care beds including rest home, hospital and dementia facilities. The first stage of the development is up and running with 56 of the Villas being built. These purpose built two and three bedroom villa options are beautifully designed to maximise both light and space. The residents on site now in the Lady Wigram villas are testament to the quality of this complex.
The apartments are ‘villas in the style of a hotel’ and while this concept is relatively new to Christchurch, it is familiar in the North Island.
