Part-time Administrator

We are looking for a star team member to join our team at Hoon Hay Village on a Friday and Saturday.  We provide residential care and support for 80 residents with dementia or mental health diagnosis.

Your two days will be busy and varied and duties may include:

  • Reception and customer services to a variety of stakeholders that will include families, clinicians and suppliers and be the ‘face’ of the village.
  • Supporting residents in the village in an admin capacity, arranging appointments, outings, and purchasing.
  • Time Target data entry, with support from a dedicated finance and payroll team
  • Work closely with the facility manager to coordinate running of the facility, including rostering.
  • General administration duties to support the facility manager.
  • Show throughs, to admissions and discharges and the processing of a variety of residential agreements,

We are ideally looking for:

  • Someone who is positive, friendly and flexible
  • Proven administration and customer services experience, preferably in a health setting
  • Team player who enjoys working and interacting with people from many different backgrounds on a regular basis, while being able to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathic and approachable personality where you can adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Extremely organized and proactive with workflow
  • Ability to work more days as required to cover other administration role.
